Juan Padilla is Bolivian born wrestler since at least 1964. He wrestled in Titanes en el Ring as El Mapuche. There was a season in which he did not wrestled on televised shows since 1972. Titanes en el Ring was televised again on 1988. He was one of veteran wrestlers who came back with Martin Karadagian's promotion.

Then Karadagian offered Padilla two gimmicks. El Boliviano Camacho (similar to his previous gimmick) and Frutolino El Oso. As Frutolino El Oso, he debuted his son Aguilar Padilla.

Frutolino El Oso is considered as "The Worst Gimmick of All Time".
