The PMLL California Championship is a professional wrestling championship promoted by PMLL, a Baja California Promotion based in Tijuana.

El Musical Jr. is the current champion. He defeated Gallo Extreme, Naruto & Pequeño Traidor Jr. on February 23, 2020 at Rancho Grande in Tijuana, Baja California to win the championship.

The inaugural champion was determined in a battle royal. As a result Gallo Extreme became the first champion.
