Aero Queen is the second champion, she won the vacant title in an elimination match defeating Big Mami, Keyra, Danessa, India Sioux, Candy Swing, Sagittarius, Baby Love, La Misteriosa, and Gema on June 16, 2023 at Arena San Juan Pantitlán.

This championship represents Robles Promotions. Baronessa was the first champion. She won the championship on June 27, 2021 by defeating La Comandante 502 in the finals of an eliminaron match where Hija del Zombie, Estrellita, Reina del Sur, Kik Balam, & Perla Negra in Arena Guatemala Mexico, Guatemala. Her reign lasted until April 28, 2023.
