To determine the inaugural champion there was originally a cage match in which Los Siniestros ([[Dark Saint]], [[Ritual]], & [[Charly Montana]]), Los Pura Sangre ([[Buffon I]], [[Buffon II]] & [[Fox Steel]]), and Los Hijos de Camelia ([[Mr. Thunder]], [[Urban X]], & [[As de la Muerte]]) were going to compete for the titles. The Producciones Hernández Trios Championship is a lucha libre six men tag team title promoted by Producciones Hernández and established on 2022.
Current Champions
The New Gangsters (Urban X, As de la Muerte, and Forastero Jr.) are the current champions. They won the titles on July 8, 2023 defeating Los Siniestros (Dark Saint, Ritual & Charly Montana) in Arena Campeones, Torreon, Coahuila at the event Noche de Campeones II.
History of the Championship
