Raised in a wrestling family, German Padilla wanted to continue the family tradition. His father refused to train his brothers and him. Nevertheless, he insisted until he met Marcelo Videla who became his trainer. His professional debut was at a very young age was in Titanes en el Ring under the character of the Chilean Champion '''Aguilar Padilla''', on 1988. In that debut match he went against [[Frutolino El Oso]] (his own father). When he began to work at Lucha Mundial/Lucha Total, he assumed a new gimmick a Rocker billed from Liverpool known as '''Bad Boy''' making his entrance "playing" his guitar.
