The title was first announced in their event name Aquelarre on February 26, 2023. There was a tournament in Foro Moctezuma, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City. There were sixteen teams in one night knockout elimination tournament announced to determine the inaugural champions. Queen Panther, Miss Panther & Baby Love were the first champions. They won the titles in the finals of the tournament against Thormenta, Diosa Quimera & Columbia on February 26, 2023 in Foro Moctezuma, in México City.
