Wrestling Centroamerica (WCA) is an independent promotion which gathers representatives of all Central America, promoters, Wrestlers and media. WCA is promoted by Jose Cardoza from El Salvador. WCA is recognized by AIWA of USA and the first Central American wrestling organization in the region.
