Member of Los Magníficos alongside his cousin Magnífico I. Los Magníficos split off when Magnífico I came to CMLL and was repackaged as Magia Blanca. Magnífico II continued his lone career on independent circuit until he arrived to ELITE, getting a new gimmick to become Bandido. In 2018, Bandido became a rising star on world indy circuit, touring in Japan for Dragon Gate, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla in the United States, as well as many other promotions in both the USA, and Europe, primarily the United Kingdom.
On December 16, 2018 it was reported Bandido signed with ROH, making him the first Mexican wrestler to sign a full time contract with ROH.
