Notes
Probably the most promising rookie of the 80's. Broke out in 1981 by putting together a nice little record of victories in mask matches which put him on the map. Was an instant hit thanks to his ring entrance where he would bring an eagle with him to the ring and allow it to fly all over the arena before his matches. Obviously this led to some wacky situations where the eagle would refuse to return to his master or would actually attack various fans or his opponents. Popular enough for CMLL to create a mini, Aguilita Solitaria.
Injuries took a toll on his body and even though he refused to take part in the mass exodus of talent to AAA in the spring of 1992, CMLL never really gave him a shot and he was kept in his mid-card role until eventually fading away from the Lucha Libre scene in the mid-90's after making some quick appearances for AAA in the spring of 1997.
Currently he wrestles with his son Aguila Solitaria Jr. on the independent circuit.
