Notes

Mexican luchador who began his training in the now defunct Gimnasio Gloria, Cuna de Campeones when he was 17 years old. Prior his professional wrestling career he won two amateur tournaments. At the age of 23 he made his debut in 1985 in a singles match against Dick Angelo. It is unclear if he began as Príncipe Gitano or another gimmick. He became trainer of the Gimnasio Gloria until its closing.

Controversy

At some point in his career he took the name of Black Shadow Jr. adding the suffix of Gimnasio Gloria Cuna de Campeones . He claims to have the rights to use the name and gimmick. He was involved in a dispute for the name with Black Shadow Jr. (2000s) who also claimed to be the original Black Shadow Jr. after Black Shadow Jr. I. On August 2015, he quitted the name, nevertheless he still uses the mask and the name of Black Shadow Jr. claiming to be the original. The owner of this rights of the name of Black Shadow Jr. is no other than Juan José Salazar Alanis.
