::Greetings, I just wanted to say this is a great site! I've been working on a similar project for proffessional wrestling in general. You can find my webpage at [http://www.smashmania.com www.smashmania.com]. Good luck with everything! --[[User:Smashmania| Smashmania]] 10:20 20 April 2006 (EST)

== CHIKARA? ==
I'm not totally sure if this really IS lucha libre, but there's this small indy in Pennsylvania that's lucha libre-influenced called CHIKARA. Would this count, and if so, would I be allowed to write an article on it?

Lucha Television Info

I don't know if it really qualifies as lucha libre, but there is now a show called "100% Lucha" on Teléfe Internacional from Argentina. It features absurd GLOW-like gimmicks (surfer, delivery boy, pharaoh, ninja, Scottish Highlander, snake, chiropractor) on luchadores that are supposed to be from different parts of the world (Cairo, Milan, Chicago, Istanbul, etc.). The wrestling is vaguely lucha libre-style when it has any style at all. --DaClyde 19:54, 26 Mar 2006 (CST)

It would appear that "100% Lucha" is the successor to previous Argentine lucha libre shows "Titanes en el Ring" and "Lucha Fuerte" from the 1980s. Twenty years later, it even features some of the same talent.--DaClyde 09:24, 29 March 2006 (CST)

Added to the list. Thanks! --thecubsfan 15:07, 31 March 2006 (CST)
