Multiple wrestlers have used this ocean themed name.

There are who currently use it. The ownership of this name is in dispute

• Tritón (Morelia) - independent wrestler who wrestled near his home town before moving to Mexico City. Often seen in IWRG and Lucha POP.

• The former Metal Blanco was given the Tritón (CMLL) name in late 2011, after the other Triton has been active around Mexico City for a wile.

IWRG's Triton says he has the only license to use the name. CMLL claims ownership of Triton based on previous usage by El Pantera using it for them in a time in 1993.
