Veteran luchador, trainer, and promoter in Saltillo, Coahuila. He promotes wrestling shows in Arena Obreros del Progreso. He keeps the historical venue which lived the golden age of Lucha Libre in Saltillo. He had no wrestling family or related with this sport, his love for lucha libre was innate. He is a local lucha libre icon for the audience and aspiring luchadors. He is part of one of the most notable lucha libre famillies in Saltillo. His experience as promoter began at Arena Otilio Zurdo Galvan on 1977. Then, he went to Sociedad Mutualista Saltillo Oriente, and then at Arena Obreros since 1984 with the promoter Marcos Zuñiga. In the beginning of his career he took the name of Fantasma. There were few mask makers at the time and there was a young tailor who made his mask out of demin. After that he went unmasked and chose the name of Costeñito Moy. That name came when he began his career at Acapulco and the was a well known bóxer named Costeño Morales he decided to use the diminutive and there was a Spanish wrestlers who also came, Carlos Moll, and he changed the "ll" for "y". He won several luchas de apuestas but more than that he considers the moments that he experienced in the ring against the best opponents and what he lived with fellow wrestlers, friends and family his biggest reward.
