RIOT Wrestling Alliance is a newly lucha libre promotion based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. According to it's official Facebook page, the promotion was founded back to August 21, 2015. RIOT announced their debut wrestling event titled "Habemus RIOT" is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the Arena Femenil, in Monterrey.
