The Oaxaca Women's Championship is an state title which is defended in Oaxaca.
Current Champion
Introduced on September 16, 2018 in Arena Mastín III. There was a tournament with local luchadoras and some visitors to determine the two finalist who would dispute the championship on September 30, 2018 in Arena Mastín III.
The participants of the tournament were: Aerolastic, Cataleya, Coral, Destructora Nazi, Diosa Quimera, Lady Lotthus, Lady Sky, Libna Maciel, Macumba La Nauhuala, Sexy Monsther, Sirena, & Soñadora.
Diosa Quimera & Soñadora reached the finals to become the first champion.
