Oaxaca-born, who moved to Mexico City to train in lucha libre after watching a Gorila Flores vs Lobo Negro match. Came back to Oaxaca, where there was no wrestling, and opening a school using a 4x4 mattress for practice. When the Oaxaca Box Y Lucha commission was formed and started handing out licenses, he was issued the the first one. Credited with training with training the first and second generation of Oaxaca wrestlers, as well as many who followed.
