History of Championship

The inaugural champion was determined in a battle royal. As a result Gallo Extreme became the first champion. The second champion was El Musical Jr. defeating Gallo Extreme, Naruto & Pequeño Traidor Jr. on February 23, 2020 at Rancho Grande in Tijuana, Baja California to win the championship.
