Bio
A former wrestler of WWE & WCW, Jeff Jarrett is a co founder of TNA Wrestling. Established a working relationship with AAA which opened the door for each promotion to use each others wrestlers/luchadors on their events. As a wrestler, Jarrett made his debut for AAA on March 21, 2004, defeating Latin Lover to win the 2004 Rey de Reyes tournament. Jarrett worked as a rudo and joined La Legión Extranjera and later on La Sociedad. His style was to mock Mexico and Mexicans saying they were inferior to the U.S.A., calling them "basura" meaning trash. At TripleMania XIX, Jarrett defeated El Zorro to win the AAA World Heavyweight Championship. Had a long feud with LA Park before leaving TNA and creating his own promotion, Global Force Wrestling (GFW). With GFW, he did the same as with TNA and created a working relationship with AAA as well as NJPW & TNA itself. On May 24, 2015, Jeff Jarrett appeared at AAA's Lucha World Cup event on behalf of GFW. Jarrett provided English commentary during the semi-finals of the Cup and scouted talent for upcoming GFW events. Jeff returned to TNA as an executive and began a working relationship with The Crash promotion in Tijuana. He wrestled a match alongside Eli Drake and Brian Cage against Blue Demon Jr., Garza Jr. & Zorro.
