The RGR Women's Championship is a lucha libre women's title promoted by RGR and established on 2022.

Keyra, 2nd Champion
Keyra is the current champion, she won the vacant title defeating Sádica on November 17, 2024 in Arena Naucalpan.
History of the Championship
The title was introduced on May 29, 2022. To determine the inaugural champion there was a match between Faby Apache against La Hiedra.
La Hiedra won the bout becoming the inaugural champion. The title was declared vacant until November 17, 2024.
