Keyra is the current Champion. She won the title on March 23, 2024 defeating Bengalee and Lolita Gimnasio Stargym in Iztapalapa, Mexico City.

The title was introduced on May 14, 2022. To determine the inaugural champion there was a match between Satania against Bengalee who have an ongoing feud.
