José Guadalupe Ambríz Sandoval better know in Lucha Libre as Cobra Kidd and Robin, was born in Uruapan, Michoacán, but made most of his in ring career in Matamoros, Monterrey, and Nuevo Laredo. Began his interest in lucha libre as a fan attending shows at Atena el Cortijo. Relampago Suriano was invited to Nuevo Laredo to wrestle under the Batman gimmick. The new Batman's success was so big that Relampago was invited once more, but this time Cobra Kidd went as his sidekick Robin. This lucha libre version of the Dynamic Duo wrestled in the Northeast of Mexico and Southern cities of Texas.
