Multiple wrestlers have played the Coco Azul gimmick. Two of the known wrestlers are:
Engendro I: The original who played the role until 1998.
Ojo Diabolico: Unclear as to when he took over the gimmick but he was under the mask when a Coco Azul lost his mask on an AAA show in 2003.
