Notes

Dragón Chino was a famous heel and legend of South American Wrestling (especially in Venezuela). As part of his gimmick, Dragón Chino the it was characterized by cheating in the ring, used a powder that left blind to its rivals, better known as "La sustancia peligrosa" (hazardous substance) that secretly always came to his hands behind the back of the referee with his partner assistant Lady Dragon. Commented that "sustancia peligrosa" it was in fact lemon juice soured in the eyes of his rivals wrestlers during wrestling matches.

He faced world class wrestlers like Bassil Batah, Primo Carnera, Bruno Sammartino, Antonino Rocca, and Ling Sung, among other. In Bolivia the fans wanted it to kill, the soldiers of that country had to protect him from angry fans.

Dragón Chino did his way to the ring accompanied by beautiful assistant Lady Dragon. He wrestled twice world title matches, one against Bassil Batah and the other versus the WWF world heavyweight champion Bruno Sammartino.

In an interview when he was asked about his match with the WWF Champion Bruno Sammartino, Dragón Chino answered: "Sammartino especially came to Caracas to fight with me"

When lost the mask with Battah, fled without showing the face and a week later in TV is scheduled to show his face, but the crafty fighter, prior to take off the mask on TV, his face is makeup. This makeup was so extreme that the next day nobody recognized him on the street (which, according to him, guaranteed it "to live").

Fans do not forget that this revelation on TV became a fraud because at the time of take off mask entered on stage a lot of doubles maskeds with the same Dragon Chino mask generating confusion and making real man to disappear between such turmoil and no one came to recognize their personal identity, a real smokescreen that kept the public identity of the villain in mystery.
