Biography

A young Gerardo Zepeda used to do exercise at Gimnasio San Pancho where he met Murciélago Velázquez and became his trainer. Black Guzman (Santo's brother), invited "The Roman" traveled to the United States as a wrestler and for 15 years. He had the opportunity to star in bloody battles against The Cavernario Galindo, Rene Guajardo, Panchito Villalobos, among others, including the legendary Santo. Zepeda claims to have beaten "in two or three occasions" out of the fifteen matches they had.

Then Velázquez who also wrote scripts for movies invited him to pursue an acting career. Zepeda left wrestling to focus more in acting where he found success.
