Julio Quiroga was one of greatest wrestler that have emerged in Ciudad Juárez, Quiroga wrestled in U.S.A and Canada, is one of the first mexican to confront to americans wrestlers in Juarez & U.S.A, and one of the first referees rudos of the history along with the great Davis and El tirantes.
