In 1993 he wrestled as King Lee while in [[UWA]] and [[CMLL]] until he went back to Japan.  He incarnated the third version of Tiger Mask in New Japan Pro Wrestling.  In 1994 he made had a stint with [[AAA]] as Tiger Mask.  On May 24, 2015, Kanemoto went back to his Tiger Mask persona (in despite of his mask loss), in the [[Lucha World Cup]] representibg [[AJPW]], alongside [[Kenzo Suzuki]] and [[Masamune]]. They were defeated in the first round by the MexLegends ([[Blue Demon Jr.]], [[Dr. Wagner Jr.]] and [[Solar]]).
