The Producciones Hernández Women's Championship is a lucha libre women's title promoted by Producciones Hernández and established on 2022.

La Misteriosa, 1st Champion
La Misteriosa is the current Champion. She won the title on July 24, 2022 defeating Red Queen, Arkena & Nagasaki at Arena Campeones, Torreon, Coahuila.
History of the Championship
The title was introduced on July 24, 2022 in the event Guerra de Campeones hosted by Producciones Hernández. To determine the inaugural champion there was a four way elimination match between La Misteriosa, Red Queen, Arkena & Nagasaki.
