César Zatarain is a lucha promotor in Baja California Sur, bringing local fights and AAA fights into [[La Paz]], [[San José del Cabo]] and [[Cabo San Lucas]]. A Baja 1000 racer, former enduro motorcycle racer and with two years as promotor in Baja California Sur, Zatarain has built a good reputation among the public and several indy luchadores. He runs AAA fights once a month and "Promotora Zatarain" has launched several wrestlers from it's Escuelita.
