The Queretaro State Tag Team Championship is a tag team championship promoted and defended in Querétaro and sanctioned by the Queretaro Box y lucha comisión and can only be defended in the state. The title is not restricted to any specific wrestling promotion.

Kastigador and Vengador are the current champions. They defeated Drabek I and Drabek II on December 8, 2015 at Arena Querétaro in Querétaro, Querétaro to win the titles.
