A version of a surfboard which is known in Lucha Libre as "Tabla Marina" most often applied by a standing wrestler against a standing, seated or kneeling opponent.  The wrestler grasp both of his opponent's wrists, while placing their foot or knee on the opponent's back, pulling back on the arms.
