I don't think he ever did. Also, does anyone know when they switched from Punish & Crush to Coolie SZ & Bulldog KT? Or was it "Punish" Coolie SZ and "Crush" Bulldog KT or something like that? I could've sworn I've seen it written both ways... --[[User:Bix|Bix]] 21:37, 15 April 2006 (CDT) | |||
