Is this the same guy working in Southern California under the Dr. Maldad name?

You know what? It's gotta be Guerro De Sangre, Shamu Jr.s brother. His mask as Medico is the same mask that whoever is wrestling as Dr. Maldad now is using. ---Tromataker
