Talk:Flash II

This is gonna be a tough one cubs but Veteranrio explained it to me like this... Flash/Flash I are the same guy... he was the original and wrestled in the 70's, 80's and 90's. When his sons made their debut, they were called El Hijo De Flash I(the guy we know as Flash I) and El Hijo De Flash II(the guy we know as Flash II). Then came the problem as when Flash officially retired, his sons were just called Flash I and Flash II without the "El Hijo De" attached. I never knew that... it seems very few people do know that b/c it's become as common as calling Rencor Latino like that instead of Rencor Latino Jr. which he really is. So we probably should do some re-naming of bios here, yes? Or leave it as is? I'm in favor of fixing it to be accurate.--Robert 23:27, 29 June 2006 (CDT)

My new idea is to leave the father as 'Flash (original)' and keep the kids as 'Flash I' & 'Flash II'.--Robert 03:49, 1 July 2006 (CDT)

So we should have

(father) Flash (original)

(sons, tag champions;) Flash I <- (and as a redirect) El Hijo de Flash I (until there's a new one) Flash II <- (and as a redirect) El Hijo de Flash II (until there's a new one)

The current Flash should be moved to something like Flash (Mexico City) since the kids have wrestled in CMLL Guadalajara, Flash (CMLL) is too confusing. Do we know he's unrelated?

Flash should be left as disambugation page (linking to these and Centella de Oro while we're at it), and all of these Flashes should have a link back to it.

Sound good? --thecubsfan 21:33, 1 July 2006 (CDT)

Sounds PERFECT. And there is definitely no relation with the undercard Mexico City guy Flash to any of the others.--Robert 21:44, 1 July 2006 (CDT)
