Was there a different Faisan? In the brief WON obit they list Faisan as Gilberto Menses (the name given at his unmasking in match with Franco Colombo vs. Panico & Manuel Robles) and don't go into anything about him being Rocco Valente or any of his career --Flashmagic (talk) 20:36, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

I don't think I ever got a great answer on this, but going through 1984 results and seeing Faisan and Rocco Valente in the same matches makes me pretty sure they weren't being played the same person. --thecubsfan (talk) 19:08, 4 October 2021 (PDT)
