The WWL World Heavyweight Title or "Campeonato Mundial de la WWL" in Spanish is a major championship promoted by World Wrestling League.

Mike Mendoza is the champion. He defeated BJ on June 15, 2019 at "Destino Final" live event in Dorado, Puerto Rico.

Monster Pain won a 25 Man Battle Royal defeating Bobby Lashley in April 21, 2013 during the live event "Idols of Wrestling".
