Controversy

José Elías Piceno Rodríguez Espectro Jr. II, bearer of the name of Espectro JR for more than 40 years, accuses El C. Guillermo Arturo Ramírez Reyes of treason, who had been renting the name of El Hijo de Espectro Jr. By abusing trust I have breached the terms and conditions of the past brand rental contract (failure to pay rent in a timely manner and repeatedly, I did not respect the original equipment, deforming eyes, mouth and changing the color constantly and from which the income of the brand is derived, to mention a few), as well as acting dishonestly trying to register the brand in question in an advantageous way, secretly for personal commercial purposes, being that it is also a reason for breach of the contract before mentioned.
