Currently, Rey Hechicero is cataloged as one of the best wrestlers in Northern Mexico. In 2013, Rey Hechicero was the host of Internet program named "Haciendo La Regio Lucha" that was streamed online by Regio Vivo TV. As a data, Rey Hechicero made famous a phrase that he says describe the lucha libre: "La lucha libre es un deporte lleno de arte, pasión y espectáculo".
