Tsunami, as 5th Champion

Tsunami is the current champion. She defeated Reina Dorada & Angelica on September 1, 2018 in Arena Femenil to win the vacant championship.

On March 3, 2014, Promociones HUMO had a 11 woman elimination match between Big Mama, Tiffany, Estrella Negra, Lady Monster, Cristal, Atenea, Xena, Kamilion, Lady Sensacion, Black Fury and Princesa Guerrera to crown the inaugural champion. The winner and the first HUMO Women's Champion was Big Mama.
