California based wrestler who shares the ring with Mexican luchadors in Southern California. Omar Serrano wrestled several times unmasked, after began to wear a mask and also began wrestle as Koback. As Koback wore an El Hijo del Ninja's mask. In mid-2012, he renamed himself as Operativo 209. With that gimmick, Serrano began to portray the UWA World Junior Light Heavyweight Championship, but its unknown how or where he won the belt.
