California based wrestler who shares the ring with Mexican luchadors in Southern California. He has wrestled several times unmasked under the name Omar Serrano as well as Koback with El Hijo del Ninja's mask. In mid-2012, he renamed himself as Operativo 209. With that gimmick, Serrano began to wear the UWA World Junior Light Heavyweight Championship but it is unknown how or where he won the belt.
