On March 3, 2014, Promociones HUMO had a 11 woman elimination match between Big Mama, Tiffany, Estrella Negra, Lady Monster, Cristal, Atenea, Xena, Kamilion, Lady Sensation, Black Fury and Princesa Guerrera to crown the inaugural champion. The winner and the first HUMO Women's Champion was Big Mama.
