The WAR City Exotico Championship is a professional wrestling championship promoted by WAR City Wrestling. It was established in 2015. The title is exclusively disputed by exotico wrestlers.

El Demasiado is the current champion. He defeated Máximo Sexy on June 25, 2016 in the Gimnasio Hercules of Mexico City to win the title.
