Current Champions

The current champions are Jarochita and Lluvia that won the vacant titles on March 21, 2025 against Lady Frost and Taya Valkyrie.

History of the Championship

The first champions were Stephanie Vaquer & Zeuxis, they won the titles in the finals of a tournament (which took several weeks) against Jarochita & Lluvia in CMLL 90 Anniversary Show on September 18, 2023.

The titles were declared vacant. CMLL made an announcement on July 10, 2024 in which Stephanie Vaquer would not participate in the upcoming Fantasticamania due to personal reasons (she signed with WWE). As a consequence, CMLL stripped Vaquer as World Women's Champion and World Women's Tag Team Champion.[1]

Lluvia & Tessa Blanchard won the vacant titles on August 6, 2024 defeating Persephone & Zeuxis at Arena México. The match was the final of a tournament.
