Rossy Moreno was the last known champion, it is presumably inactive.
Medusa is the current champion. She defeated Estrellita Queretana, and Princesa Guerrera on December 25, 2018 in Arena Querétaro, Querétaro, Querétaro to win the title.
History of Championship
This title was introduced by Lucha Libre Querétaro.
