History of Championship
This championship represents Robles Promotions. On October 16, 2022, Robles Promotions held a three way tag team match to determine the first women's tag team champions. The initial participants of the match were announced as Big Mama & Lady Puma, Baronessa & Sagittarius, and Keyra & Zeuxis. Lady Puma was replaced by Erika Sotelo (exotico) and the teams were changed to Sagittarius teaming with Big Mama and Sotelo was now Baronessa's tag team partner. The only team which remained intact was Keyra & Zeuxis.
