Saka-Otoshi

It's performed when an inverted headlock is taken across the back,and the opponent's face is driven to the mat. Usually preceded by a sleeper or a Rear Naked Choke.

Made famous by Minoru Suzuki. Pirata Morgan has been using it in recent years.
