The NGX Extreme Title is a professional wrestling championship promoted by Nueva Generacion Xtrema.

Current Champion

Extreme Tiger is the current champion. He defeated Kaientai on March 31, 2007 in Estacionamiento CROC of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

History of Championship

The title was established on October 8, 2005 during the 2005 NGX King of Deathmatch. Kaientai became the first champion after defeated Joe Lider. The title remains inactive after May 31, 2008 when second champion Extreme Tiger did his last defense over Insane and Kaientai before he decided stay in AAA. On November 10, 2012 during a NGX event, the NGX's promoter Humberto Arellanes announced the card to NGX 10th Anniversary Show. In this card was incluided Extreme Tiger defending the NGX Extreme Title against Dralion and Erick Snake, who makes his return to the promotion after leaves AAA days before.
