The NGX Extreme Title is a professional wrestling hardcore championship promoted by Nueva Generacion Xtrema.

Current Champion

Pagano is the current champion. He defeated Chuey Martinez, Extreme Tiger, Joe Lider, Psicotico, Ruben Steel, and Sick Boy on August 16, 2014 in Gimnasio Factores Mutuos of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon to win the title.


History of Championship

The title was established on October 8, 2005 during the 2005 NGX King of Deathmatch. Kaientai became the first champion after defeated Joe Lider. The title remains inactive after May 31, 2008 when second champion Extreme Tiger did his last defense over Insane and Kaientai before he decided stay in AAA. On November 10, 2012 during a NGX event, the NGX's promoter Humberto Arellanes announced the card to NGX 10th Anniversary Show. In this card was incluided Extreme Tiger defending the NGX Extreme Title against Dralion and Erick Snake, who makes his return to the promotion after leaves AAA days before.
