Heroes Inmortales

(Redirected from Antonio Pena Memorial Show)

Heroes Inmortales (Immortal Heroes) is one of AAA major events. It's the newest event on AAA's schedule, debuting after the passing of Antonio Pena in 2007. The show itself was known as the Antonio Pena memorial show for its first two years. It changed its name to Heroes Inmortales in 2009, but Antonio Pena is still a big part of the show.

Heroes Inmortales includes Copa Pena, a multiman match where the winner earns a plaque or trophy (depending on the year.) The Copa Pena was a gauntlet style match the first two years, but switched to a royal rumble style match in 2009.

In tribute to Pena, all matches on this show have some sort of stipulation or gimmick.
