Current Champions
Members of Los Perros del Mal (Damian 666, Bestia 666 and X-Fly) defeated champions Psycho Circus (Monster Clown, Murder Clown and Psycho Clown), as well as the teams of Kortiz, Ray Mendoza Jr. and Villano IV & Black Terry, Durok and Machín in a four-way elimination cage match to win the championships. They are the 14th champions.
History of Championship
Scorpio Jr., El Veneno, Cerebro Negro held the belts when they were members of La Corporacion. Soon after winning the belts, Scorpio Jr. left for AAA, leaving the belts in limbo for some time. The belts were mentioned as vacant immediately prior to the decision match for the new championship.
Even putting aside Scorpio Jr.'s departure, Cerebro Negro broke with Veneno, and both led teams to determine the new champion. Veneno, with rudos El Hijo del Diablo and Fantasma de la Opera won the titles, but the team they beat, Cerebro Negro, Dr. Cerebro and Mike 'Suicida' Segura took the titles in the first attempted title defense.
